The Digital Masterplanning hiring process
Hiring is about more than companies evaluating candidates; it’s about finding the right fit for everyone involved. Our transparent, flexible hiring process offers you the opportunity to see how you’d fit in at dmp.
If your background and experience seem to match our needs, we’ll invite you for a brief, 15-minute call to get to know you better and give you the opportunity to ask us any initial questions you have.
We see and hear about some of your work
If we hit it off, we’ll ask you to send us some work you’ve completed and a couple of professional references so we can hear more about your accomplishments.
We talk about fit
Next, we’ll arrange an hour-long call to talk about how you might fit into our company. You’ll again have the opportunity to ask us anything you’d like to know to figure out whether we’re right for you.
We get technical
If all’s gone well up to this point, we’ll ask you to join us for another hour-long call to ask you some technical questions. These questions will be fairly high-level—no live coding required.
We get you up and running
Last but certainly not least, you join the team! We’ll make an offer and, if you accept, will make every effort to ensure you have a smooth onboarding process.
